MOXIE is hiring a Social Media Manager to build and scale our media engine. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who loves making content, thinks like a founder, and wants to build the next big career platform for women.

We’re evolving into a media-first platform, using social, podcast, and community to reach and support women at scale and we need the best of the best content operator to jump on board!

📝 Role Overview

As Social Media Manager, you’ll be on the forefront to build MOXIE’s content and media engine from scratch.

You’ll be deeply hands-on creating, testing, shipping, and learning what works across social and podcast. You’ll own content end-to-end: creation, distribution, and systems.

💪 Your Responsibilities

• Build and run MOXIE’s content engine: podcast, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok
• Create and ship high-quality content at speed
• Experiment with formats, hooks, and distribution to drive audience growth
• Own MOXIE’s podcast end-to-end and turn it into a growth channel
• Set the standards for voice, quality, and content systems
